I recently purchased your scanner with the assurance of a 30-day money-back guarantee. After thoroughly testing the product, I regret to inform you that it does not meet my trading requirements. Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund under the stated guarantee.

The main reasons are as follows:

1. The settings are not sufficiently flexible. There is no option to define a custom list of currency pairs. The scanner only works with the full Market Watch list, whereas I need the ability to scan selected pairs only.

2. The signals are not customizable by timeframe. I require the option to scan specific timeframes such as M15, H1, or H4. The current setup does not allow me to filter or select timeframes according to my preference.

3. The workflow is inefficient. When clicking on a scanned pair, the platform does not automatically open the corresponding chart and timeframe with the detected pattern displayed. Instead, I must manually copy the symbol and adjust the timeframe, which defeats the purpose of using a scanner.

4. There is no control over signal timing. I need alerts when a new double top or double bottom forms, or at specific stages such as the neckline breakout. The scanner also displays older patterns without providing an option to filter signals based on defined conditions.
