Why is there a multiplier if there is a fixed TP and SL?

When yous say that we ..." You can apply it on any symbol or timeframe...." there is a big difference between TP & SL at 50 and 100 on different assets. 

Some = 0.5$. Others = 25$. 

Do you have any sets?

The multiplier here is part of the SuperTrend calculation, not the trade’s Take Profit or Stop Loss.

It defines how sensitive the SuperTrend line is to price volatility — a higher multiplier makes the trend smoother and signals fewer reversals, while a smaller one reacts faster.

You’re absolutely right — fixed TP and SL values don’t have the same monetary meaning across different assets, because pip value and volatility vary between symbols.

In this free version, the 50/100 pip setup is just a universal default for quick testing.

For real trading, I recommend optimizing the TP/SL per symbol and timeframe using the Strategy Tester — for example:

Forex pairs (like EURUSD, GBPUSD): 50 SL / 100 TP works well.

Gold (XAUUSD): around 300–500 SL / 600–1000 TP.

Do you mean ALL Forex pairs at 50/100?
