Header stays “armed” for instant drag: the gold header remains selected so you can click-and-hold anywhere on it and move the panel immediately (no double-click, no small grab point hunting).
Buttons auto-reset after actions: after any click (Close All/Buy/Sell/Winners/Losers/Delete Pending), buttons return to the unpressed state while the header remains draggable.
Market-safe implementation: no external DLLs; uses standard chart events.
Chart lock during drag: prevents the chart from panning or rescaling while you move the panel.
Safety prompt on Close All: optional confirmation with position count and scope.
Clean Inputs: only “CloseScope” (Current symbol / All symbols). All UI settings are fixed to sensible defaults.
