Stop loss and take profit will not display as pending order lines, but will be printed in the log (only in Chinese). Added trading session restrictions, default only trading during European and US sessions. Full-time traders can disable this function.

Fixed a critical bug in the previous version that prevented forced position closing. Added a floating profit activation threshold feature, defaulting to $10. When floating profit reaches $10, it activates a 20% drawdown take-profit.
