No trades in 3 weeks. Is this normal?

I am using the default settings on IC Markets. What can I do to bypass this error?

This EA requires data from the past 2000 H1 bars to determine the trend. If 'Max Bars in Chart' under MT5's Tools → Options → Charts is set to 2000 or less, try increasing it to 3000 or more.

Got it, thanks. It was set to 1000. 

I changed the 'Max Bars in Chart' to 5000 and still got the same error...

I don't know why it still gets the error...

Please turn off Auto Scroll in the MT5 Charts(Charts → Auto Scroll), then drag the chart to the right to display past bars. That should trigger the data to load.

Please restart MT5.

After that, go to the chart, uncheck "Charts" → "Auto Scroll", and then drag the chart to the right. This should display the past bars and load the data.

This EA has been updated to function effectively even with a limited number of chart bars. However, since it tends to struggle with price fluctuations at the beginning of the year, the default settings are configured to skip trading from January 1st through January 14th. When using this EA, please monitor its performance on a demo account for a while before deploying it to a live account.
