I will like to see an option of a combined time frame alerts. i e if all selected TF of the AUDUSD is above or below a certain level, it will give an alert

Thanks for comment and great idea. I've upgraded this analyzer, now I'm waiting for publish. In new 2.0 version, among others, you can choose alerts from combined timeframes (with coincident conditions): M5 + M15 + M30 ("Lower_3_TFs"), H1 + H4 + D1 ("Higher_3_TFs") and M5 + M15 + M30 + H1 + H4 + D1 ("ALL_TFs"). You can set it for all currency pairs at once, because for each currency pair it would be a lot of additional parameters that you would have to adjust every time when you would like to change any of parameter for all pairs. The ability to set parameters for each currency pair and also choose which currency pair you want to analyze will be in my other analyzer which I will publish soon. Regards!

Thanks for the upgrade, I have been away but will definitely  buy this when I return to see how it works. Thanks again., one more question, is the alerts gonna be from current candles of the selected time frames or closed candles. closed candles is good for trend strategies while current candles will be good for breakouts.

Hi! It worked on current bars (e.g. to detect breakouts) but in the meantime I've added possibility to set "Only_Closed_Bars" - if set to "True" alerts come only from closed candles. Of course, if set to "False" - alerts come immediately from current candles (as so far). I will publish new version 3.0 today, maybe tomorrow will be publicly available . Best regards!

Is there a reason why some currency pairs are missing from the major 28? CADCHF, NZDCHF, GBPNZD, EURNZD, NZDCAD, and  CHFJPY

Hi!

New version has been sent for the moderator's check and when moderator will accept it only then new version will be available. In new version are major 28 pairs and option to use open or close bars. We must wait until in "Current version" will be 3.0. Sometimes it takes only 1 day, sometimes a few more, anyway, new version is waiting in the queue for approval :) Regards.

This dashboard is a different strategy for the one you are proposing Mr Kalawe. Your strategy is based on reversals from OS/OB levels, this dashboard is based on breaking those levels and continue in the direction of the break. for instance when the RSI breaks or enters the OB zone, it buys and continue in that direction and OS and continue in that direction going down. With what you are proposing, you will want to buy when the RSI is below 20 then touches the 20 level then you buy but what if it hits the 20 level and heads back down?? then the people that sold when it hits the 20 level and continue going down will be collecting pips . So this dashboard is based on the second explanation I gave not the one you are proposing. Thanks

Same question to your strategy Mr.bighead1971  from me:

What if price is not continue in the direction after break your level zone ??

If This RSI have 2 level and have alert like that i want, then i buy it. You can use one indicator with many way. Strategy is different thing.

Hi kalawe and bighead1971!

I'll add possibility to set two different levels (high and low - unrelated to each other) and option to add comments to notifications, alerts and emails to this dashboard. It does not matter if the broker uses prefixes or not, it does not change anything in functionality of indicator. "RSI Dashboard" isn't strategy but only dashboard/indicator/analyzer and bighead1971 is right - strategy, about which you write kalawe is based on a little different idea, but I'm not saying that is bad or ineffective.

Instead of modifying this indicator, maybe it's better to create a second, similar to this, dashboard (What do you think about that?) according to your proposal, kalawe, based on "RSI Dashboard" and rather, I would use hysteresis levels to trigger alerts. I mean using two low and two high levels (with space between them possible to set).

One quick example of this idea (BUY):

1) RSI is going down from neutral zone (e.g. 30-70) below e.g. 30 (which is 1st low level in this example);

2) RSI is going lower - below e.g. 20 (which is 2nd low level in this example);

3) Now we're waiting for reversal and only if RSI crosses 30 (1st level) alert is triggered, RSI is again in neutral zone and everything starts from the beginning;

Similarly, if RSI goes from neutral zone to value above 80 - dashboard is waiting to trigger alert if only RSI crosses 70 and is in neutral zone again.

All the levels will be of course modifiable.

I think this is the only one posiibility to secure the proper operation of such a strategy and don't receive many bad signals when RSI oscillates around only one low or high level. After crossing 1st level - the closer to the neutral zone (higher low from down to up -> buy; and lower high from up to down -> sell), we may also use price action techniques (engulfing, pin-bar etc.) to confirm retracement or reversal of price. I'm working on that, too, but it consumes a lot of time to make a synthesis of all these aspects.

Is my explanation simple and clear? If not, I can try to present it in some pictures. If you have any ideas please don't hesitate and just write.

Regards.

Hi Dominik Mandok ,

Your new strategy is good and i understand it, but that is not what i want.

Your strategy is GOOD for EA but is not for me. Thats For filter EA from bad signal.

I dont need two low and two high levels because the price not always going deep to LOWER/HIGHER level, AND thats different from my strategy.

Other word means: if price not down to lower level 20 but UP again to 30-70....you miss it.

I want ALERT as soon as possible after RSI touch my level, thats all.

Your dashboard only as a ALERT for me, that PAIR is going to ZONE of OVERSOLD/OVERBOUGHT , but i need it fast info as soon as price TOUCH my level.

Ii will analys again the pair after take the signal from dashboard.

For my RSI order:

You can build new one or edit this one is up to you as long as RSI is work like what i want.

-You can edit this version with ON/OFF one level, so it work like old version (One level only is ON).

Let say someone need 1 LEVEL only with number 50 . He can input 50 to first RSI level AND switch OFF the second RSI level. He can input also 'comment" at level first. Thats the new version is work.

Thanks
