Thank you for reaching out! I believe the problem is your account size is to small to efficiently run the trading system with only 15 euros The EA  will not enter the market due to the level of risk. I recommend starting with a balance of $100.00 minimum for the EA to begin performing trading operations. The more you have in your balance the better the system will perform providing the best chances for  long term success. Please reach out to me with anymore questions :)
