with immediate effect we change minor settings in the inputs of GoldExcel.

This provides more stable and accurate long range results, the change is minor but nonetheless an improvement, 

Start hour moves from 1400 to 1530

Increase factor from 4.0 to 5.0 (although 4.0 is fine also)

Cancel and close hour moved from 2100 to 2200.
