Scanner

Hey, I want a program that will scan my chosen currency pairs around the clock on a 5 min chart and notify me when my specifications are met. I don't want it to place any trades. A text is preferred but an email is fine. I want it to refresh as frequently as possible, ideally every minute but 5 is ok. 

 The set up I want it to notify me for is:

A green bar that is at least 5% bigger than the previous bar.

Increased volume in that bar.

A SMA 52 pointing up (higher by any amount on that bar than it was on the previous bar).

I would like to be shown how to edit the percentage of bar increase so I can make the script more accurate for my needs. 

I'm currently running MetaTrader 5 so sticking to that would be the most convenient but if this could be done easier on another platform I don't mind switching.

If I've left out any necessary information please let me know.
