MT5 Custom Non-Time-Based Chart Renderer with TXT Import, Indicator, Expert Advisor and Backtesting Support

I need an MT5 tool that reads prebuilt candles directly from static local TXT files with comma-separated columns:

Date, Time, Open, High, Low, Last, Volume, NumberOfTrades, BidVolume, AskVolume

Requirements

• Use only Date, Time, Open, High, Low, Last , treating Last as Close. Ignore the remaining columns; they may stay in the file but must not be required or displayed.
• Each row must remain an independent candle with its original OHLC values and sequence. Display candles with equal horizontal spacing, without time-based aggregation or synthetic timestamps, even internally.
• Preserve original timestamps, including milliseconds. Do not convert timezones or assume timestamps represent candle opening or closing times.
• Never merge candles sharing a minute, second, or exact timestamp. Support varying daily candle counts, without artificial candles or empty gaps during market closures.
• Show original date/time labels on the bottom axis and exact timestamps and OHLC values on hover.
• Include scrolling, horizontal zoom, date navigation, automatic/manual price scaling, horizontal lines, trendlines, Fibonacci tools, percentage measurement, and candle counting.
• Save and restore drawings against the correct candles. Restoring the previous viewing position or zoom is unnecessary.
• Support analysis and backtesting using my existing EX5 indicators and EAs. Confirm compatibility before agreement; visual display alone is insufficient. Native MT5 Strategy Tester or a custom testing engine is acceptable, with limitations disclosed.
• Support multiple files containing up to 10 million candles per file, with efficient memory use and responsive navigation. Specify hardware requirements and demonstrate large-file performance.
• Live updates and live trading are not required.

Deliverables: complete source code, compiled files, dependencies, installation instructions, and a prototype using my sample data to verify candle accuracy, timestamps, no lost/merged valid candles, and EX5 compatibility. Include 30 days of fixes for defects against the agreed specifications.
