I need someone to develop a trading bot for me with the following details:

Trading Strategy Overview:
The entry and exit points in this trading strategy are determined by the direction of the Moving Average Weighted Indicator (WMA) about a user-defined threshold. The strategy is executed based on candlestick patterns: entering a trade when the WMA direction changes by more than 25%. This % is dynamic and based on the user performance. So the user has to put this percentage manually. If the indicator shows an upward direction, a Buy order is triggered, and if it's downward, a Sell order is initiated.
