Experienced EA Optimizer Needed for Complex Strategy - Fast Testing Capabilities Required

Hello,

I am currently seeking for someone with (extensive) experience in optimizing complex Expert Advisor (EA) strategies for MetaTrader 5. My EA is based on a variety of indicators.

The tasks at hand include, but are not limited to:

1. Analyzing the current EA to understand its underlying strategies and functionalities.
2. Using your expertise to suggest and implement improvements for the EA's performance.
3. Conducting extensive and fast testing of various parameter settings to determine the optimal configuration for maximum profitability.
4. Diagnosing and rectifying issues with trade execution, specifically problems related to trades not closing as expected.

I am looking for someone who can not only perform these tasks, but also explain their methods and findings in a clear and understandable manner. A high level of English proficiency is therefore required. 

Furthermore, due to the complexity of my EA, a system capable of high-speed, large-scale testing is a must. My server, despite having 64 CPUs, is struggling with the load, so any potential candidates will need to have access to a system that can handle the demand.
