Open Trade Notification for MT4

I want the program to be able to detect open trades on an MT4 platform it will be synched with (on VPS). I want to be able to get notified on my mobile device if possible with details of the opened trades (Example of details include; A buy or a sell, the currency pair it is trading, the lot size, the entry price). Whatever additional details that will make it easy to copy the trades manually to another trading account, please add. The trading account I will manually copy the trades to don't allow copy trading that is why I need the notification of open trade from the account I am following. With these info, the developer can get creative. Thank you.
