Hi,

I am looking for a market scanner to be made.

The indicator will ideally be a standalone program (not sure whats possible)

Features Required:

Be able to add/remove pairs to a watchlist and select the timeframes i want to see. 
To view the RSI as a value and set custom thresholds for overbought / oversold.
When overbought turn red
When over sold turn green
When neither, stay yellow

This is just a scanner tool, it doesnt need to execute any trades etc.
