Because i am using it in other broker and was fine because i could activate again

I had a problem with my computer and I deleted all the EA from trading platforms including the EA AIR MECHANIC that I bought a few days ago. Now when I open the platform I can not activate the EA again on the corresponding MT-4. Well it does not appear as purchased when I activate it again.
How can I solve the problem?
