Simple and fast MACD oscillator with MACD and signal lines and two-color histogram. I wasn't happy with the Meta Trader MACD oscillator as it's not immediate to read and the other ones I tried felt a bit laggy or added unneeded features on top, so I decide to make one that feels familiar to me.
