Since Ferhat Mutlu left this comment I feel the need to clarify things. He received clear and concise written instructions beforehand to which he agreed. I did not request additional work to be done other than providing work as per written instructions. He failed deadlines twice, failed to understand the written instructions. Because it was taking him so long I voluntarily offered him more money because I understood he had probably underestimated the work involved. After a second deadline had passed and he was still not complying with the written instructions I asked him why. He then became abusive and wanted even more money. I remained polite at all times. Perhaps the job turned out too difficult for him. As I said despite multiple attempts to get things right it just didn't work out.

The fact is , I volunteerly agreed to refund and close the job. However that job is deleted after refunding and this comment is given on succesfully closed job. Anyway , Good luck !

I wish his future customers good luck and hope their jobs will work out better.
