This is really unfair. Giving a false review is unacceptable. Review is about the factual experience you had in job execution not false. The job was not executed and your funds were returned to you. How do convince one that you were scammed? By the way how do you define scam?

Even 10 days after due date Developer did not send any prototype / progress! Wasted my time!!!
Arbitration took 2 weeks, but I got money back minus commission.
