Pings usually are around:
14 ms Oanda
23 ms FXCM, Forex.com
25 ms for ICMarkets
20-30 for FxOpen,
100 ms for roboforex, ActiveTrades, TickMill, Exness, FxTm, Alpari, FxPro, IronFx, OcatFX, LMax.
I personally use this supplier and I'm really satisfied; I took the 8 cores 8 GB under windows server for 39$/month
You can get 5 days trial for free. When I say free I mean that nothing is charged. You don't have to give any card number and your service is activated at once. So why not trying? it really free !
