I’m an algo trader and MQL5 developer dedicated to building robust, rules-based strategies for crypto and FX. My specialty is Ethereum (ETH) on higher timeframes—primarily D1—where noise is lower and signals carry more edge. I’m the creator of Donchian Confluence EA, a system that blends Donchian breakouts with Price Action confirmations (Engulfing & Fair Value Gaps) and disciplined risk management.
What I build
Confluence over frequency: Donchian breakout + PA filters to improve signal quality and avoid obvious reversals.
Risk-first execution: ATR-based SL/TP, partial profits by R-multiples, structure-aware trailing, daily risk caps, position limits.
Broker-aware logic: Respect for StopsLevel/FreezeLevel, tick-size alignment, volume min/max/step, and netting/hedging constraints.
MTF context: Optional higher-timeframe trend checks, lower-timeframe PA scan for better timing.
No martingale / no grid / no arbitrage: Just clean, reproducible logic.
How I test
Multi-year backtests with realistic costs (spread + commission + slippage).
Out-of-sample and parameter sanity checks (no curve-fitting).
Cross-symbol/broker spot checks to confirm stability.
Trading philosophy
Simplicity scales. Clear, deterministic rules beat “black-box magic.”
Risk first. Survive volatility; let compounding do the heavy lifting.
Evidence over opinion. If it doesn’t show up in the data, it doesn’t go in the code.
