Douglas dealt well with a demanding customer =) Although not 100% done due to limitation of platform tech, he have managed to surpass all expectation once again.

Does not ask questions when in doubt, went missing for the 5 days deadline without any reponse. When deadline is up, request to cancel job. Either he is inexperienced or lazy. Avoid at all cost
