Every single strategy and trading system has its strengths and weaknesses; accepting this reality is part of the game if you want to trade consistently.

Position sizing is not just money management; it is emotional management. If you are struggling with emotions in the market, it is rarely the market's fault—it is the size of your position.
What one person can handle emotionally is completely different from what another can tolerate. Some traders cannot stomach a $1,000 loss, while others remain calm through a $100,000 loss. You have to figure out your emotional threshold. The moment you reach the point where you can no longer think clearly, you must scale down your position accordingly. Ultimately, proper money management is truly emotional management.
