The best setting is : turn on M15 and H4 signal and use default setting for stochastic. and risk percent is so important, you can set it according to your trading behavior... but normally 25% is good.

Which currency pair and what time frame should we use. is default settings are ok?

you can enable and disable each time frame...
my sugestion is :
M5,M30,H4
it work well on GBPJPY EURUSD GBPUSD but can work in other symbols.
i suggest 30% of intial deposit as risk percent.

Yes its possible.
for 100$... you must use 0.01 lot as base lot.
i suggest run it in normal currencies like that EURUSD and GBPUSD.
