I'm developing EA's since 2014, so I can consider myself an expert algo-trader.
In creating my systems, the most attention goes to having a controlled risk and a good Risk/Reward ratio.
I don't believe in magic and infallible EA's. Even the best systems will have losing days/weeks/months. Longterm stability is what I try to achieve.

The Portfolio is called Low Risk for a reason.
