Hello,
In Dec 2023 I purchased VPS "6 months subscription" Today Jan 14th 2024 I was try to sync up the new parameters to VPS server and it hung up saying "receiving virtual server status" and never got out of this mode.
I tried to stop server and re-migrate my charts / EA / indicators and now it renewed my "6 months subscription" again by charging me more money?
how can this double charge be fixed - my original "6 - months subscription" is still valid till June 2024
why did i get charged again for another 6 months starting today 1/14/24
