I accidentally deposited money into my MQL5 account using my Visa card on April 7 and April 8, 2025. I haven’t used the balance to purchase any product or service. I misunderstood the system and thought I would be able to withdraw the funds later, but I now realize it is not possible.
I kindly request a full refund of the deposited amounts back to my Visa card.
