Margin requirements should be 100% for banks (only lend what they have). Only governments should issue the money - not private Central Banks. Regulation has nothing to do with it - that is still a bandaid solution. It won't fix the inherent problems of fiat currency backed by nothing.

Folks.... really.... I was making an small research on Binary Options and I noticed that they mostly pay up to 85% payout per winning trade... meaning that your risk reward would be 100/85 ....... making the risk higher than the reward. How can that be a smart way of trading? I really don't get it............ Is any of you trading binary options?
