MangoFX Xmas Candles EA is a fully automated trading system that brings Institutional trading concepts and Market Structure Shift (MSS) logic to retail traders. Unlike traditional indicator-based EAs, this system identifies genuine market turning points by detecting changes in market structure, making it highly effective for capturing trend reversals and continuations.
The EA enters trades based on custom pattern-detected candle color changes (Green/Red), offering multiple sophisticated trading modes to fit different market conditions. It detects bullish and bearish Market Structure Shifts using price action patterns, requiring lower highs for Bullish MSS and higher lows for Bearish MSS to ensure only valid structural breaks are traded.
Built-in Trademark Market Structure Shift (MSS) Detection Engine:The EA's core logic identifies genuine market turning points by detecting when price breaks above recent swing highs or below recent swing lows. Each MSS line is tracked with expiration periods, and the EA determines candle colors (Green/Bullish or Red/Bearish).
🎯 Trading Modes
Mode 1 - Simple Opposite Mode: Places a trade at the first color change (Green to Red or Red to Green) and automatically closes it when the opposite color appears. Includes a configurable delay before opening the opposite position.
Mode 2 - Standard Mode: Opens trades on color changes with proper Stop Loss at recent swing highs/lows and configurable Risk-to-Reward ratio (RRR). Includes breakeven functionality that moves SL to entry when price reaches 50% of profit target.
Mode 3 - Steps Mode (ONE Trade Per Setup): Tracks consecutive candles of the same color as a "group." When the group ends (color changes), the EA monitors for price to close above the previous group's high (for buys) or below the previous group's low (for sells). Only ONE trade per completed group setup - no multiple entries during the same trend.
Mode 4 - Breakout Mode (NEW): After a color change (RED→GREEN or GREEN→RED), the EA stores the first candle's CLOSE price as the breakout level. Price must CLOSE above (for buys) or below (for sells) this level before entering a trade. Any opposite color candle during the sequence invalidates the setup.
