He said he'd finish the job in 1-2 days. After one week he just stopped replying. Can't really say if he is a good coder or not but he is definitely VERY UNRELIABLE.

Kind guy but after 4 times explaining he didn't fully grasp what I wanted him to do so I had no choice but simplify the task for him. That seemed rather unprofessional.
