Open Risk Budget Cap enforces a total open stop-loss risk budget across your account. It does not choose direction and does not open discretionary trades on a live chart. Attach it to one chart; the symbol and timeframe do not matter.
What it measures Every open position and every pending order is priced to its stop-loss in account currency using OrderCalcProfit. Positions or orders without a stop-loss are counted and shown on the panel as "without stop-loss". They are excluded from the budget
