IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT XAU MASTER:
Hi everyone,
I recently updated XAU Master EA and its manual. As mentioned in the manual I have one small advice for anyone using XAU Master (and XAUUSD 5 Minute as well):
When you look at backtest equity curve, you will notice that occasionally there were periods of clean profits, followed by temporary fluctuation and temporary drawdown. During live performance you will start to notice it as well after months of using the EA, and obtain a "feeling" when there is likely going to be a release from rising equity. From my experience that time is now. I am not saying that there is going to be a drawdown, nor that profits will stop increasing. All I am saying is that in the past, multiple times this situation occured and EA responded with more losses than profits. Please think of it, make your own thoughtful decision and possibly lower the exposure of the EA by turning of one or multiple systems. Please keep in mind that this is not a guarantee and the bot might have even more profits in following days... but in the past it usually did not.

Hi. Does the EA needs to have a computer that is open 24/7 and an internet connection or after setting it up to a laptop it can work if I am logged in to my phone and have a 24/7 inet? Sorry kinda new to this. Thank you.

A new version of XAU Master was recently released. Please ensure you're using the same magic numbers in the current version as you have configured in your MT5 terminal.
If the magic numbers don't match, the EA will not recognize your trades and therefore cannot manage them properly.

As you probably know, in less than an hour we have NFP. I will leave EA running with one small adjustment and that will be only partial hedge on EURUSD. I recommend opening small hedge as well, but if you will not, then no problem at all. Connector was tested and created through all types of news in the last 5 years without any restrictions, therefore this is no different.
Regarding issues, I am fixing them non-stop. Already solved duplicate problem with positions, rejected orders due to suffix mismatch and and lot sizing issue. At the end I will run the EA on many brokers for 1 day to see if everything is smooth and all good along with strict checks in prints to confirm everything is in place and functions. After that I will update Connector again. I apologize for problems and will update soon.
