According to all rules of technical analysis GOLD did not manage to break the resistance more than 4 times which usually a sign of a global reversal. Plus we also have a double downtrend pattern on H4 chart which also says in favor of selling globally. Now we can clearly see a price corridor on H4 chart where the price moves between resistance and support levels. If the price goes lower than its current suppot level, we will probably see some strong down trend.

As I suggested in the previous post, the buyers are now pushing the GOLD price up. Now it is reaching the important price zone where we need to be careful as the price may have a new UP breakout like I suggested earlier this week.

Based on the H4 chart, GOLD will probably be ranging for some time as now we have parity in terms of strength. But on the other hand, the strong support area does not allow the price to dip lower which means we still need to understand the buyers are still going strong and will not give up that easy. We may see a strong BUY move when nobody expects this.
