I help traders answer two questions before real money is at risk:
1) Is this strategy real, or just fitted to the past?
2) Will the account survive when something goes wrong?
Protection against overfitting
- Every strategy is tested on separate in-sample and out-of-sample periods
- Compared against random-entry versions with the same timing, to filter out luck
- Stress tests: higher costs, removing the best trades, different trade order
- Honest reports: failed results are shown as clearly as good ones. No profit promises.

- Daily and total loss limits (prop-firm style), equity guards, lot and margin checks
- Alerts for "ghost" trades: unknown magic numbers, duplicate positions after reconnects, missing SL, stop outs
