Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Abdullah Murat Savaş, and I am writing from Antalya, Turkey. I have been using the "mtmarkets5" platform, and my account number is 60007103. However, after the license of the intermediary institution in Turkey was revoked, I lost access to my account. The intermediary institution was named Istanbul Global Yatırım. I can no longer reach any of the company's representatives or my portfolio manager. I later discovered that, without my knowledge or consent, my account was transferred to the ntrader platform. My new account number there is 3549. When I requested to withdraw funds, I was asked to pay 15,000 USD under the pretense of a tax requirement. Unfortunately, I trusted them and made the payment. I was later contacted via email (from metatrade@metaglobalfx.org) by a company claiming to be the official representative of MetaTrader in Turkey. They also reached out by phone upon my request. They informed me that I have approximately 530,000 USD in profits, but due to the suspension of the broker’s operations, my open positions were frozen.
When I asked to withdraw all my profits, they initially offered 40,000 USD, then 70,000 USD, which I refused. Eventually, they agreed to return 500,000 USDT due to my justified complaints and the fraudulent situation. However, they claimed that a 5,000 USDT fee was required for the transaction due to a difference in transfer calculations, and that without paying this amount, the 500,000 USDT could not be sent. In summary, I started investing with approximately 70,000 USD, and now I believe I have been defrauded. I do not trust the party claiming to represent MetaTrader in Turkey, and I urgently need assistance.
