I want to share a critical warning regarding Plutus Trade Base (PTB) — operating under Triple Edge Group LTD (Cyprus) and PTB Plutus TradeBase LTD (St. Lucia).

Execution Block & Payout Denial
As soon as payout was due, PTB disabled automated execution directly on the server ( [auto trading disabled by server] ) and denied the payout, retroactively citing an internal fine-print clause restricting daily trade frequency—directly breaching their prior written approval.
When served with a formal Pre-Legal Notice, support staff marked dispute tickets as "Resolved" without addressing the claim.
Escalation
Formal regulatory complaints and verified execution packages have been served to CySEC, the Financial Ombudsman of Cyprus, and FSRA (St. Lucia).
Be extremely cautious if you are running EAs or high-frequency automated strategies with them.
