A clean-room, multi-strategy XAUUSD Expert Advisor. It combines nine (so far) independently managed entry systems with basket-based exits, controlled DCA recovery, portfolio safeguards, and several lot-sizing methods.
The EA performs its own analysis on M1, M5, M6, M10, M12, M15, M20, M30, H1, and D1. Its M1 heartbeat makes the chart period operationally clear, although the internal strategy timeframes drive the actual signals.
Changes were assessed through repeatable MT5 backtests, comparing not only net profit but also entry frequency, basket duration, balance drawdown, equity drawdown, maximum exposure, and the dates of the worst baskets. When a change reduced one historical drawdown by simply removing most trades or shifting risk into a later period, it was rejected or narrowed. Also WFA, IS/OOS backtested on a higly robust Python backtesting system with no look-ahead bias, no overfit.
Avoiding look-ahead bias
The implementation is structured to use information that would have been available at the decision time:
- Entries run only on a newly completed internal bar, they do not use the unfinished bar’s final high, low, or close as a signal.
- Momentum, RSI, EMA, ATR, z-score, market-structure, and candle checks are read from closed bars or from explicitly live market price where a live risk guard is intended.
- T7/T8/T9 confirmation sequences arm first and enter only after a subsequent M5/M15 confirmation; they do not assume that an intrabar wick or future close was known earlier.
- Session windows, daily counters, and Friday/weekend guards are evaluated from the time available to the EA at runtime.
- The tester uses the same M1 heartbeat that the live EA uses, rather than making decisions only after a higher-timeframe candle has fully revealed itself.
- Optional ATR-based DCA and trend-freeze decisions are based on current price and already-closed D1/H4/M15 context, not future bars.
How the EA seeks to keep drawdown lower:
1. Selective initial entries
2. Controlled averaging rather than unrestricted martingale
3. Trend freeze and re-arm logic
4. Exposure and margin admission controls
5. Circuit breakers and emergency controls (not in use in this video)
6. Session and market-closure protections
7. Volatility-aware exposure
There are much more features in use. More will be revealed soon.
While typical retail indicators guess, the Ehlers DSP Suite calculates. It uses a high-stability autocorrelation periodogram and a trader’s EMD to tell you whether the market is structurally trending or cycling right now. This is genuine quantitative signal analysis, not another uninspired wrapper around a standard 1970s oscillator. Early-bird pricing active: Only $65 for the next 10 licenses. Hurst-YZ Engine measures the one thing those indicators can't: whether the market is structurally trending or structurally mean-reverting, right now. It does this with two pieces of real quant math, the kind used on institutional research desks, not repackaged crossovers. Early-bird pricing active: Only $65 for the next 10 licenses. The price increases by $15 after every 10 copies sold to maintain premium value until it reaches its final target value of $150. Secure your copy at the lowest tier
