Over the past few weeks, I have made several enquiries about the EA settings and other related support. Unfortunately, I have not received timely responses to my messages. Even when you do reply, it often takes an additional week before I hear back from you. This delay has been quite frustrating, especially since I have been seeking the best settings to achieve optimal results with your EA. Furthermore, I have noticed there is no additional remote support provided. Despite my multiple messages to your personal inbox, I have yet to receive the guidance I need. I have tried to remain patient and positive because I believe in the potential of your EA. However, time is of the essence, and the lack of active communication is becoming a significant concern. I am still willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and continue using your EA, provided that you can be more responsive and supportive through personal messages.
