I have a problem with my account both here on the web platform and on my MT5 account.
On the web platform, at the top I see a line that says: Banna 2030/7/20 (Spam).
On my platform account, when I try to install an indicator from the market it asks me to log in with my login, but even though my name and password are correct it won't let me log in.
I tried to write on the Forim but it won't let me because I am banned.
I have tried contacting in 'Contact Us' but an AI is available but specifically she doesn't understand what my problem is and is so presumptuous to tell you that she can solve everything...but she can't.
What should I do? can anyone give me some advice???
