Bullish setup: Wait for bullish RSI divergence, followed by a break above the last lower high and the formation of a higher high. Then wait for the first pullback to form a higher low. Enter on a break above the previous higher high, or at the higher low when market conditions support an earlier entry.
Bearish setup: Mirror the process. Wait for bearish RSI divergence, a break below the last higher low, and the formation of a lower low. Allow the first pullback to form a lower high, then enter on a break below the previous lower low, or at the lower high when conditions support an earlier entry.
