Who can help me write ea?

I want to write an EA on MT5 and MT4.

A part:

It needs to do many different trading symbols at the same time. Buy and sell direction can be set by myself.

Assume that I set part of buy and part of sell, the overall take profit setting is 450 points, and the overall stop loss setting is 300 points. The overall take profit or overall stop loss refers to the total number of points in multiple symbols.

Next trade condition is that previous trade when all reach the take profit or stop loss, if the individual symbol point is negative, they must enter in the opposite direction. If the symbol point is positive, enter the market do not need opposite direction.
