Expert Advisor Robot Using Momentum

Looking for someone to create a Robot based off of the Stochastic RSI in extreme levels (10/90) and the Stochastic Momentum Indicator crossover (Red/Green & Green/Red). I would like it to be more of a if and then type entry. For example, if the Stochastic RSI is in the buy zone (under 10) an alert will be sent, however the BUY trade will not be executed until the Stochastic Momentum Main (Green) crosses over with the Signal (Red). The exit signal will be when the Stochastic Momentum Signal (Red) crosses Back over the the main (Green) line Preferably with the next Bullish/Bearish Candlestick entry after a Counter Trend Line break . This would need to be the opposite on SELL trades. The STOP would be place below the swing low on the daily.  I will primarily be using this on the Daily Chart however I would like it to be able to work off of any time frame. I would need a copy of the code once it is done and working on MT5 also if you could also covert the code to python as well I would pay more. Also an arrow would need to shown on the candle stick of entry. A link of the indicators that I want to use and a picture of what im looking at will be attached.
