Post MT4 Signals to Telegram channel with Screenshots

I need to write a MQL4 block of code which, when executed, post my MT4 chart screenshot to Telegram channel with few variables such as a signal description, buy price, etc. I need to integrate this into an existing EA that I am creating on fxdreema. Signal may not necessarily be a trade or order, but it can be, for instance, an arrow signal provided by an indicator running on MT4. MT4 can have many charts running with the same EA. I will need the full source code for the work.
