Custom Indicator based on MACD Logic

I've seen similar indicator on the forum and very liked the idea,
but I want to create and use it based on MACD logic.

Indicator will be comprised of two parts.

Part 1.
Logic is simple:
MACD UP --> Print Blue background (pic.1)
MACD DOWN --> Print Red background (pic.2)

Part 2.
This part should print arrows based on MACD
crossover.
When we have an up MACD cross--> Print Up arrow
When we have a down MACD cross--> Print Down arrow
So it should basically look like this (pic.3)

When we have an up cross + blue background--> Print BUY alert
When we have an up cross + red background--> NO Alert
When we have a down cross + blue background--> NO Alert
When we have a down cross + red background--> Print SELL alert

Alerts should be:
- standard MT4 pop up + sound
- email alert
- push notification
