Modify simple horizontal line Alert indicator

1- Rather than put "Alert_#" in every horizontal line description I'd like to input the value instead in the input parameters of the indicator, as well I'd like to input a trigger color in the input of the indicator. If alert is= true and the alert color=Red,  any drawn horizontal/trend lines  lines on the chart that are red color will use the # of pips in the indicator input as the reference for trigger. This indicator clears the values in the line description field once triggered to avoid multiple alerts. We will have to institute a new way to avoid multiple triggers. I'd like to add an input parameter that is; "minutes to next alert. ___"  The input will be in minutes, if the input =1 , after the alert triggers it will not trigger again unless it is in the trigger proximity, and 1 minute has passed since the last trigger. 

2 I'd like to input the alert audio sound file name. I want a different audio alert  for this indicator than others.

NB-Id like it to be very well tested before delivery.I don't want to be the alpha tester here.
