Multiple time of day and other time levels indicator needed (personal job)

Hi, I require a quite simple indicator that draws horizonal lines based on 9 times of the day (including minutes).  To include text objects per line on the right side of the chart next to each horizontal line AND another text object (one number) just below opening price of the bar.  It also requires the option to draw these lines for two days (True/false).  If true then a different color line.  There will be a lot of buffers but simple color and line style options per buffer.
