MT4 terminal API

i have a strategy code built using python, all i need is to be able to communicate with MT4 terminal to be able to send open trade and close trade via my code.

what should the API do?

the API must have two endpoints.

1- open trade

parameters: volume, symbol, cmd (buy,sell)

once the API got my request it must create the order and respond with the created ticket details

2- close order

parameters: ticket id 

once the API got the response it must close the order with the given id
