Envelope and Bollinger Bands Price Touch Alert

I am simply looking for an indicator which displays on chart and give sound alert and push notifications on android and iphone and email notification when price touches Envelopes indicator and/or the Bollinger bands on MT4 trading platform. Settings for envelopes and bollinger bands will be sent once project is approved.

I want the settings like period, deviation, etc to be editable. And need option to turn on and off the alert for either envelope or bollinger bands on same chart.

I will be basically using envelopes on 5 minutes chart and bollinger bands on 1 hour charts and Daily charts.
