Build an EA ( using 5 different color arrows) for continue breakout strategy

Need a programmer to build an EA  using 5 different color arrows with a  breakout strategy for starting the setup ( as shown in the screenshot) Initially, I need an arrow  ( RED) which I can drag under the desired candle to set up the 1st trade manually. After that TP candle will automatically use as an initial setup candle. After that EA use TP candle as the 1st candle to wait for next breakout. once the breakout happened then EA will take over the trade. Rest all other arrows will appear automatically on the chart as the conditions fulfilled latterly.     screenshot and specifications will be provided after accepting the job. reply me back asap.
