EA does not always place order

I have an EA which should place on criteria or Limits an order.

Problem is - EA does not place the orders. Or does place once the order and if Terminal do not accept - EA tries not again.


I want first an error message if there will be an order not placed and second I want to have an solution that Order will be placed for sure - May EA tries late or if price is gone EA is placing a Limit - But i wat to get sure that orders from EA a placed or executed.

What orders EA has to place in the session are cleare before. So it is possible to add an Backup for the orders. Means place all orders which EA should place in the session as pendings and if EA has placed the order the pending can be deleted.

Or has somebody an other solution?
