Indicator for MT5

I need an indicator (or MT5 EA) which is working on 1 minute chart and checking all 20 candles blocks in the last 1440 candles (last day) period (there is 1421 blocks in the 1440 candles period) and then compare all blocks with the latest 20 closed candles and then on the chart displays the most similar block's next 20 candles after the latest closed and current still opened candle. I want that indicator displays the similar block's first candle opening time and I want that displays the actual process comparing (calculating) in %, that I can see the potential of the indicator. The indicator must working very fast and running the comparative test in every minute within few seconds.

I attached a picture for better understand what I want.

The indicator should checking on all candles the followings:

candle top stem height (in 0.1 pips)

candle bottom stem height (in 0.1 pips)

candle body height (in 0.1 pips)

candle direction (bullish, bearish or doji)

I want to set the followings:

Period: please set to 1440 as standard, if I change it to 2880, it means that indicator should checking the last 2 days.

Blocks: please set it to 20 as standard, if I change it to 40 it means that indicator should checking the 40 most similar candles blocks and then display that 40 candle blocks.

About deadline: very impartont: if you not deliver working version it in time, I not to must accept the order!
